RSPCA 150th ANNIVERSARY ART AUCTION
WOMBAT IN THE ROOM SCULPTURE EXHIBITION
The Wombat in the Room exhibition & charity art auction marked RSPCA Victoria’s 150th Anniversary. Curated by Fort Heart, the exhibition included a line-up of 30 Victorian artists, who donated their artistry and time to create an ecclectic array of wombat sculptures that were displayed across Melbourne in March 2021.
The sculptures were auctioned online, raising a total of $56K, of which 100% of the proceeds went to the RSPCA - vital funds that will help them continue to advocate for animal welfare and care for the animals in their shelter.
